The officer was heard questioning the lady why she was naked and started touching her inappropriately .HE even slapped the lady for her refusal. General Lance Corporal Victor Yeboah has been arrested for further investigation for violating the dignity of a victim.
The IGP has assured the victim of thorough investigation and has assured her.
The police has released a statement to condemn the act..
