Sirmanuelonline.com came across a video that has been trending for days on social media. In this said video a police officer on night duty was seen harassing a lady who he stopped to check.
The officer was heard questioning the lady why she was naked and started touching her inappropriately .HE even slapped the lady for her refusal. General Lance Corporal Victor Yeboah has been arrested for further investigation for violating the dignity of a victim.
The IGP has assured the victim of thorough investigation and has assured her.
The police has released a statement to condemn the act..
