Afrobeat musician Kelvin Brown popularly known as Kelvyn Boy has been arrested again by the Ghana Police Service for laying hands on his baby mama for who she was earlier arrested for.
Kelvynboy was arrested earlier this month and was released on bail after beating his baby mama but has been rearrested for assaulting her again whiles on bail.
The musician who was expected to be in court for the proceedings today honored the invitation on time.
At the court today, the presiding judge, Sedinam Awo Balako questioned the musician and the baby mama Deborah for lying at the Alternative Dispute Resolution that they are married couples.
The judge was made known to the abuse the musician had been meting to the lady by the prosecutor.
Chief Superintendent Patience Mario presented to the court medical report of the 2nd assault.
The judge didn’t give the prosecutor a hearing on the medical report of the 2nd assault with reason that its news to her since they are yet to file a case on this new assault.
She adjourned the court sitting to a different date and when Kelvyn Boy was driving away with his team, the police stopped him and arrested him for the a new assault.
The police have slapped Kelvyn Boy with new charges.
