PREZ MAHAMA APPOINTS JOHN DUMELO, SUHINI ALHASSAN, AND OTHERS AS DEPUTY MINISTERS
President John Dramani Mahama has announced a series of key deputy ministerial appointments as part of his administration’s effort to strengthen governance. The newly appointed officials will assist in various ministries, covering infrastructure, agriculture, trade, and health.
Among the notable appointees is actor and politician John Dumelo, who has been named Deputy Minister for Agriculture. Suhini Alhassan has been assigned to the Roads Ministry, while Yusif JaJah will serve as Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts. Other appointees include Docars Toffee as Deputy Minister for Communications, Hajia Afra Nasira for Transport, and Prof. Dr. Grace Ayensu for Health.
Additionally, Thomas Ampem has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, Clement Apark for Education, and Emmanuel Bedzra for Works and Housing. Yusif Sulemana will take on the role of Deputy Minister for Trade, Agriculture Business, and Industry, while Mohammed A. Sukparu has been assigned to Lands and Natural Resources.
